In April 2024, our organization, in collaboration with the Lithuanian National Fund for the Promotion of Intact Forests and allied partners, embarked on a transformative endeavor. Departing from our traditional workspaces, we converged upon expansive fields with a shared purpose: to sow the seeds of change by planting 10,000 trees.
This ambitious initiative originated from a humble practice of honoring employee birthdays with the promise of tree plantings in their names, safeguarded from commercial exploitation. What began as a symbolic gesture has burgeoned into a concerted effort towards environmental stewardship and long-term sustainability.
Each tree represents not only a tangible contribution to our ecosystem but also a testament to our unwavering dedication to combatting climate change. Our aspirations extend far beyond this initial undertaking. With a resolute commitment, together with partners and Lithuanian National Fund for the Promotion of Intact Forests aspire to plant a total of 3 million trees, thereby significantly bolstering efforts to mitigate the effects of climate change and preserve our planet's biodiversity.
